Cancellation and Refund

1. Cancellation Policy
General Rule:
If you decide to cancel an order or service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be received within 7 days of placing your order, provided that the service or product has not yet been delivered or rendered.

How to Cancel:
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team by emailing admin@sonch.org.in or visiting our contact page. Include your order details and a brief explanation for the cancellation request.

2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:

For products or services purchased through our website, refunds will be processed if a cancellation request is approved and the item/service has not been fully delivered.
Donations: Contributions made to support our mission are generally non-refundable. Refunds for donations will only be considered if there has been a clear processing error.
Refund Process:
Once your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Requests made after the service or product has been delivered or consumed.
Situations where the cancellation request falls outside the stipulated timeframe.
Donations (unless an error in processing is identified).
3. Exceptions & Modifications
Exceptional Cases:
In special circumstances, such as operational challenges or unavoidable delays, SONCH reserves the right to modify these terms. In such cases, we will communicate changes via email or on our website.

No Liability:
Please note that once a service or product has been delivered, or in the case of confirmed donations, refunds cannot be issued. Any decision made under this policy is at the sole discretion of SONCH.
